Become an umpire


There is a serious need of new sports officials.  If you are interested in becoming an OHSAA certified baseball or fastpitch softball umpire:

 

  1. If you wish to become a baseball or fastpitch softball umpire, Visit the OHSAA website. GO to https://www.ohsaa.org/Officiating/permits (for opportunities, requirements, levels, etc)

  2. If you have question about umpiring, simply contact any local umpire, high school coach or athletic director and ask for information about local umpire associations.
