Baseball
The Top of Ohio Umpires Association is an Ohio High School Athletics Association (OHSAA) approved association of umpires who are certified to officiate baseball games. Our umpires are OHSAA trained and certified, enforcing OHSAA/NFHS baseball rules. Umpires in our organization annually attend the required number of association and state rules meetings each year to maintain certification. A number of our umpires are also certified to officiate college level baseball.
Top of Ohio umpires are well trained, professional umpires working amateur games.
